Superior lifting technique is vital to improving your CrossFit performance. That’s why we provide personalised weightlifting classes focused on technique and to build strength in two lifts; the snatch and clean and jerk. 

Our classes are personalised so open to all levels of lifters, from beginners to advanced and are lead by assistant head coach Tila Hamad. Class sizes are small allowing you to receive focused attention from Tila who has a wealth of top-level lifting experience; also being NZ weightlifting champion in the under 69kg category in 2014.

We are affiliated with OWNZ (link) which provides an opportunity for you to compete in competitions and be a part of the sport as a lifter, judge or volunteer at future competitions.
