Classes

We offer classes for every level and ability, with each class capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Spots in classes must be reserved.

Gymnastics, Weightlifting and Mobility classes are available to members with an Unlimited membership. These classes are capped at 20 people.

 
 

CrossFit

Monday to Friday
All day

Saturdays
8am

These classes incorporate elements of strength, metabolic conditioning and core training, giving you a complete workout all within 60 minutes.

Gymnastics

Tuesday
6:30pm

Coached by Mark, these classes are customised to suit athletes of all levels. There is a focus on core strength, as well as the application of body tension into CrossFit based gymnastics movements.

Weightlifting

Thursday
6:30pm

Coached by Tila, these classes focus on movements and drills designed to improve all components of Weightlifting.

Mobility

Coached and designed by our physios, these classes ensure our members have the ultimate care for their bodies and assist recovery, flexibility and range of movement.
