Classes

We offer classes for every level and ability, with each class capped at 24 people. Spots in classes must be reserved.

CrossFit, HYROX, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Competition Training, Sunday Stretch and open gym are available to members with an Unlimited membership.

 
 

CrossFit

Monday to Friday

Saturdays
8:30am & 9:35am

These classes incorporate elements of strength, metabolic conditioning and core training, giving you a complete workout all within 60 minutes.

HYROX

Monday & Wednesday
6:35pm

6:00am

HYROX is a combination of running and functional movements, divided into 8 stations. Classes are aimed at preparing you for races scheduled locally and internationally.

Gymnastics

Tuesday

Coached by Mark, these classes are customised to suit athletes of all levels. There is a focus on core strength, as well as the application of body tension into CrossFit based gymnastics movements.

Competition Training

Saturday
7:00am (arrive 6:30am to warm up)

Coached by Adrien, this class specifically aims to prepare our members for a competitive level of CrossFit across all age groups and levels. These sessions will help prepare athletes for upcoming CrossFit competitions.

 

Weightlifting

Thursday
6:35pm

These classes focus on movements and drills designed to improve all components of Olympic weightlifting and how these are used in CrossFit.

Sunday Stretch

'Stretch with bendy Mark’

Mark M will take you through yoga-inspired movements designed to help you mobilise your whole body. Please bring your own yoga mat for this class, or a big towel if you don't have a mat.

Run Club

Whether you are aiming to improve your running for CrossFit or HYROX, this is a great session for your running goals.

Variable running distances will be set each week. Meet outside the gym at 8am. No bookings are required and everyone including friends and family are welcome!

Open Gym

Every day

We have a full time open gym space upstairs and in the main gym when classes are not running for members on an unlimited membership.
